TURNING THE CALENDAR INTO A SYSTEMWe start by mapping out the year’s communication calendar together. Seeing seasonal campaigns, special days, events and the brand’s own priority periods in one plan eases lead times and cuts last-minute production. Next, we define what won’t change from one campaign to the next: colour, typography, logo placement and tone of voice. When seasonal themes sit on this fixed backbone, every campaign looks distinctive while the brand stays whole. The calendar is also flexible enough to leave room for new opportunities during the year, so the plan becomes a springboard for moving fast rather than a constraint.
In our work with MarkAntalya, we handled seasonal campaigns, social media content and out-of-home executions together. For a shopping centre, that means the same campaign idea showing up on a billboard in the city and in the social feed in ways that complement each other. We respect how people read each medium: a few words and a strong visual on out-of-home, a more detailed, interactive story on social media. When developing the campaign idea, we make sure it gives visitors a concrete reason to come to the centre, inviting them to an event, an offer or an experience.
For food & beverage brands, the product itself sits at the heart of communication. In our out-of-home, social media and campaign designs for Arabica, we put the coffee and the brand’s atmosphere at the centre of the visual language. In this space, a consistent design language that makes the brand’s voice recognisable in every post matters as much as mouth-watering imagery. We manage frequently changing content, such as new menu items, seasonal products and branch announcements, within that language using quick-to-apply templates. That way the team can publish on-brand announcements even in the rush of daily operations.
