FROM PROJECT WORLD TO LIFE STORYWe start by understanding the project itself: its location, architectural approach, the lifestyle it speaks to and what sets it apart. Together with the project team, we clarify who it was designed for and what it will change in that person’s everyday life. From this analysis we build a project world: a framework for all communication, from colour palette and photographic style to typography and tone of voice. Our aim is for everyone who encounters the project to remember it through a single sentence and a single visual world. The framework also becomes a shared reference point, so different teams and suppliers can talk about the project in the same language.
In real estate communication, out-of-home is where a project first meets the city. In our out-of-home campaigns for Park Joven, we framed the project world and lifestyle promise simply enough for a passer-by to grasp in a few seconds. This medium calls for few words, a strong visual and a clear call to action. Here we distil the campaign’s big idea and build it so it can be expanded later across social media, web and sales materials. Because out-of-home visuals are the campaign’s face in the city, we prioritise legibility and visibility from a distance in our typography and image choices, and make sure the idea keeps its power at every scale.
Social media gives us room to show the texture of everyday life. In our social media designs for Marinbase, we combined boats, sea and lifestyle themes to turn the experience the brand offers into a visual feed. For tourism and lifestyle projects, this approach helps viewers picture themselves in that setting. While building the emotional story, we don’t neglect the hard facts, and we plan content to move potential buyers to the next step. Some posts carry the atmosphere; others carry details that make the decision easier, such as location, amenities and contact information. The result is a feed that both inspires and informs.
