Putting the product into everyday life.

For consumer product and cosmetics brands, we build communication that shows what a product does, who it is for and how it fits into everyday life. From brand identity to social content, from campaign design to production, we connect the product with consumers in the right context.

FROM IDENTITY TO CONTENT, FROM PRODUCT TO STORY

Everything starts with being clear about who the brand is and who it speaks to. With Badem Pınarı, we worked on brand identity, social media voice and kit design together, so the brand would show up with the same character at every touchpoint. For consumer products, identity isn’t just a logo; it’s a whole made up of colour, typography, photographic style and tone of voice. Defining that whole up front makes all later content and campaign production faster and more consistent. Once the identity is clear, the brand’s voice stays the same even when the team changes or new products are added.

When communicating product benefits, we stick to simplicity and accuracy. In our social media and campaign designs for Youth & Glam, we focused on conveying the benefits of skincare and cosmetics products in a clear visual language. For this kind of content, we set one key message per product and organise supporting information through visual hierarchy. We also art-direct product imagery so texture, colour and usage details reinforce that message. In the copy, we stay true to the product information the brand provides and avoid claims that can’t be verified, because trust is the foundation of the relationship between brand and consumer.

Finally, we place the product in everyday life. In the social media and campaign content we created for Dora, we paired products with the places and stories where they’re used. Scenes that show where, when and by whom a product is used make it easier for consumers to imagine it in their own lives. We plan this content not as one-off posts but as a content plan woven around specific themes, supported by photo and video production where needed. A plan that rotates through themes lets followers see both the product and the brand’s lifestyle story in a balanced way.

THE INDUSTRY’S COMMUNICATION CHALLENGES

What do we
solve?

01

Getting noticed on a crowded shelf

From cosmetics to food, from personal care to household goods, consumer products sit side by side with countless similar options on the same shelf and the same screen. Consumers often decide in seconds. In that moment, the brand needs a strong, consistent and memorable visual identity to be recognised, to make its promise clear and to stand out from the rest.

02

Communicating benefits without exaggeration

With skincare and cosmetics in particular, consumers want to know what a product will do for them. But avoiding exaggerated claims matters for both credibility and advertising regulations. Conveying content, ingredient and usage information in plain, accurate language, and turning technical terms into something consumers understand, takes careful copywriting and design.

03

Giving the product context

A product shown only as a packshot doesn’t explain its place in someone’s life on its own. Content that shows when, for what need and how a product is used lets viewers see themselves in the scene. Weaving usage moments and the brand’s story into the content flow turns the product from an ordinary object into part of an experience.

04

Constant demand for content

Consumer brands need to produce regular, timely and visually polished content on social media. New products, seasonal campaigns, usage tips and collaborations create a relentless production pace. To keep visual quality high and the brand identity intact at that pace, content production has to be built on a pre-planned system and clear brand guidelines.

FAQ

Answers
for your industry.

How do you write ad copy for cosmetics products?+

We base the copy on the product information and ingredient details the brand provides. We avoid unverifiable or exaggerated claims, and recommend that the brand’s relevant teams check final copy for regulatory compliance before it goes live.

Can you create a brand identity from scratch for a new product line?+

Yes, our Brand Studio creates identities for new brands and product lines. We consider social media, campaign and production needs from the outset to build a system that works in practice.

Do you also handle product photography and video shoots?+

Yes, our Production Studio plans and produces product and lifestyle shoots. We design every shoot around the channels the content will run on and the campaign concept.

Can we work with you on social media management only?+
